We  have a selection of evening and weekend shifts available so perfect for fitting in with your busy schedule.

 

As this role is supporting a private healthcare provider, pay is not affected by the IR35 regulations.

 

Educational Requirements:
To be eligible for this role you must:

– Be an NMC Registered Nurse
– Have a Masters’ Degree or Diploma in Advanced Practice.

 

Skill Set:
To be eligible for this role you must be able to:

– Assess and treat minor illnesses
– See both adults and paediatric patients

Advanced Practitioner

Hallam Medical have a very exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner (Nurse or Paramedic) to work within a brand new GP Home Visiting service in North Yorkshire

We would love to hear from Practitioners with previous experience of working for a Home Visiting service to support this new, innovative project.

 

About the Role:

This opportunity is to support a three month pilot scheme so we need Practitioners with full/part time availbility who are able to commit to this.

Shifts run from Monday – Friday, between the hours of 09.00am -06.00pm.

This is to ensure the service can provide consistency of clinicians and strive to deliver an excellent service to patients.

 

To be eligible for this role you will need to be; competent in the assessment, diagnosis & treatment/referral of patients with Illness and/or injury presentations and be an excellent communicator with the GP surgeries involved in this service.

 

You will to be a  car driver and have access to your own car.

 

As communication is a vital part of this opportunity you will be provided with a mobile phone.

About the Role:

This opportunity offers various shifts patterns running from Monday to Friday with either 08:30am - 04:30pm or 09:00am - 05:00pm


As part of this role you will see patients presenting to the service with a variety of health issues and illnesses.

 

You will be required to drive to see patients and to complete care plans with them.

 

We are looking for Nurses who have:

• excellent communication, observation and listening skills
• access to own vehicle
• excellent record-keeping and organisational skills


Duties include:

To be eligible for this role we are looking for Nurses who can confidently carry out all standard District Nursing duties including:


• Compression Bandages
• Catheters
